2012: Artist in Residence, The Philadelphia Museum of Art: Delphi Art Partners Fellowship: William Cramp Elementary School

Sponsored by the Delphi Foundation, this program has a thirty hour hands on classroom component, two, two guided tours of the Philadelphia Museum of Art, and ends with a student exhibition at the Philadelphia Museum of Art. I developed the curriculum and project based on the PMA collection, specifically the early Twentieth century German Expressionist woodblock prints. I based my project on the street art aesthetic of these early prints, and how that correlates with contemporary wheat- pasting and portraiture-based street art. Their final project was done in installation format, using collaged block prints that the students made throughout the residency.
